Shuttle Columbia Mission Gallery

The museum’s main gallery features displays and artifacts documenting Space Shuttle Columbia’s 28 missions.

Each mission’s dedicated panel includes information about the crew, mission objectives and highlights, as well as a photos.

The gallery also features displays featuring astronaut flight suits, astronaut food, flight manuals, shuttle tiles, EMU components, and a Launch Entry Suit (LES).

Another special section explains the student experiments conducted aboard the STS-107 mission and features related artifacts recovered from the debris field in East Texas.
